The Fine Print

Fees: UGX 1,000,000 covers up to 20 participants, with additional attendees at UGX 55,000 each. Materials and shipping are extra costs.

Payment: UGX 600,000 deposit confirms your date. Material fees invoiced separately based on final count.

Rescheduling/Cancellation: Free rescheduling and refund if notified 14+ days ahead. Within 14 days, UGX 380,000 admin fee applies. No refunds for shipped materials or day-of cancellation.
